Return and Refund Policy

At Gulrang Homes, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering quality home décor items, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gulranghomes@gmail.com with your order number, issue details, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handmade and wooden products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer (if applicable).
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. Replacement will be dispatched after verifying the issue.


Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll cover return shipping.
  • For all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
